The Danube Flood Resilience Innovation Event was held between 16-18 September 2021 in Budapest and Balatonföldvár, Hungary. It was attended by participants from the DAREnet consortium and members of the EUSDR PA5 Disaster Management Working Group, including partners of DiMaND network.
The meeting was aimed to establish an overarching collaboration framework between DAREnet and the EUSDR PA5 DMWG to discuss current needs, future plans and cooperation opportunities in the field flood resilience innovation in the Danube River Region. The plenary and break-out sessions provided a great opportunity for closer and stronger collaboration between the two stakeholder networks.
